Claudia Aguilar brings 28 years of experience helping undergraduate students explore their career interests and navigate professional opportunities. A proud first-generation college graduate and USC alumna, she is passionate about student success and believes internships and career exploration can shape meaningful futures. Claudia leads the Career Education and Advising team overseeing career advising, professional development programming and curriculum design and career programs that support student success. At INROADS, Inc., she partnered with Fortune 500 companies to build strategic talent pipelines, placing hundreds of students in internships that often led to full-time roles. She has since carried that experience to Occidental College and USC Marshall. Known for her approachable style and positive energy, Claudia thrives on building lasting relationships with students. Her impact has been recognized twice with the student-nominated Marshall Golden Compass Award, in 2024 and 2026. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys traveling, going to museums and the theater, studying Japanese, and volunteering with her congregation. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, four children, their dog Bruce, and their tortoise Tzatziki.

Lisa Luna brings more than 20 years of experience in education, with a career spanning K–8, undergraduate and graduate education, and adult learning. Throughout her career, one guiding principle has remained constant: putting students first and ensuring learners of all ages and abilities have the opportunity, support, and resources to succeed.

As Senior Associate Director of Employer Relations for Early Career Talent at USC Marshall Career Services, Lisa leads employer relationship development and corporate partnerships supporting undergraduate and specialized master's students. She works collaboratively with employers, campus partners, and colleagues across Career Services to develop meaningful connections between organizations and Trojan talent. Through signature programs such as career fairs, industry networking events, employer information sessions, and company site visits, she creates opportunities that support student career exploration, professional development, and recruiting outcomes.

Lisa brings a relationship-centered approach to her work, with a focus on building strong, sustainable employer partnerships and creating innovative opportunities that benefit both students and corporate partners. Her earlier experience includes more than five years in the healthcare industry, where she served as an office manager for a large private practice and as a freelance program coordinator supporting pharmaceutical sales force training.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys a good cup of coffee, watching movies, and weekend adventures to Disneyland with her son.

Erika Cano is a marketing strategy professional with a diverse background in the entertainment, consumer products, and non-profit sectors. She holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business and a BBA from Loyola Marymount University. She is now bringing her corporate experience into higher education as a career advisor where she supports students through all aspects of their career journey, from exploration to interview preparation. A former first-generation college student, Erika is passionate about student success and is especially committed to guiding those navigating the early stages of their professional development. Her approach is informed by the impactful support she once received through leadership development programs, and she’s excited to now pay it forward by helping Marshall students build meaningful and successful careers.

Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, often taking walks together with their two dogs. She also loves going to the beach, catching up with friends and family, and discovering new restaurants around Los Angeles.

Julio Rodriguez serves as Associate Director of Undergraduate Student Career Services at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he supports undergraduate students in exploring career paths, preparing for internships and full-time opportunities, and building meaningful professional connections. With over five years of experience in career development across higher education institutions, including California State University, Fullerton and California State University, Los Angeles, Julio brings a student-centered approach to helping students connect their interests and strengths with their professional goals.

Julio holds a master’s degree in educational counseling from the University of La Verne. He discovered his passion for career services through an internship at California State University, Fullerton, which inspired his career in higher education and commitment to supporting students’ professional growth.

Throughout his career, Julio has led and supported initiatives that connect students with alumni, employers, and industry insights. His experience includes hosting Mock Interview Nights, career readiness bootcamps, and, in his current role, career exploration treks and programming for first-year students. Through individualized advising and experiential learning opportunities, he helps students build confidence, strengthen their professional skills, and make informed career decisions.

Tuanni Vasconcelos is a talent acquisition professional and career coach passionate about connecting people with meaningful opportunities and helping them achieve their professional goals. Originally from Brazil, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) before moving to the United States to complete a Master of Arts in Teaching at the University of Southern California (USC). She spent four years as a recruiter at Ernst & Young (EY), where she partnered with university students and professionals on career development, recruiting, and interview preparation. In addition to her recruiting career, Tuanni coaches group and personal fitness sessions and has previously coached at Equinox and F45 Training, reflecting her passion for helping people thrive both professionally and personally. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. On a personal note, Tuanni loves to sing and was a proud member of the USC Choir, where she combined her passion for music with building lasting friendships and community.

Kameron graduated from Marshall and Leventhal in 2014 with a PwC consulting offer in-hand, thanks in part to USC's strong employer relationships and career services infrastructure. He is returning to campus to pay that forward.  At PwC, Kameron advised high-profile technology and entertainment clients, while keeping his connections to campus warm through consistent participation in recruiting activities. After five years in the Advisory practice, he pivoted full-time into recruiting and spent six years hiring undergraduate and MBA students nationwide for PwC's highly-competitive accounting and consulting student programs. In this role, he found his passion for connecting students with opportunities that excite them. He brings that passion to Marshall Career Services, along with his insider knowledge of what top employers are looking for in the talent selection process. Outside of work, Kameron lives downtown with his husband Steven. He enjoys the diverse spectrum of culture that Los Angeles has to offer, and likes to stay active through strength training and yoga.

Jordan Dash is an experienced early-career talent professional with a background spanning university recruiting, employer engagement, recruiting strategy, and internship programming. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University in New Jersey before transitioning into early-career talent and recruiting, where he has spent the past several years working across both recruiting strategy and day-to-day execution.

Jordan began his recruiting career at Deloitte’s New York headquarters, where he supported campus recruiting and helped recruit and develop early-career talent for their tax business services lines. He later joined SoFi, where he he built out the company’s non-technology university recruiting program, including its school pipeline strategy and early-career hiring efforts for both undergraduate and MBA talent.

Most recently, Jordan worked with ZS, where he led campus recruiting and internship programming for the firm’s West Coast offices. In that role, he developed and executed campus recruiting strategies, partnered with university stakeholders and business leaders, and helped connect students with early-career opportunities across the region.

Throughout his career, Jordan has combined strategic planning with hands-on recruiting execution, with a particular focus on building strong relationships between organizations, universities, and students. He is excited to bring that experience to USC Marshall and contribute to strengthening employer relationships and creating meaningful career opportunities for Marshall students.

Originally from New Jersey, Jordan lives in Southern California with his wife, son and two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, making pour over coffee, and experimenting with recipes using his sourdough starter. 

Susie is the Career Services Coordinator for the Marshall Undergraduate Career Services Office; She plays a key role in both the operational and financial functions of the office. She supports the Director in reconciling the monthly and overall budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with department goals. In addition to financial coordination, she assists with the logistical side of events—handling everything from pulling permits and arranging parking to helping with on-site setup. Susie is passionate about creating smooth, well-organized experiences that support student’s career development.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. They are passionate soccer fans. Susie is also a big coffee enthusiast and enjoys trying out local coffee spots. One of her favorite things to do is to take spontaneous, unplanned trips—just get in the car and go!
