Flights and Hotel Accommodations
FLIGHTS
Students are responsible for purchasing their inbound and outbound flight tickets from GSBA 582 destination.
If your GSBA 582 section has multiple cities, you will need to consider returning from the final destination.
GSBA 582 sections with multiple cities - travel cost between the cities is included in the travel fee and travel arrangement is provided by the program as a group travel. For example:
- Singapore to Bangkok
- Seoul to Hong Kong
- Tokyo to Kyoto
- Frankfurt to Berlin
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Plan to arrive in-country for the hotel check-in date on Saturday.
Saturday check-in is provided to reduce margin of error in case flights are delayed or canceled and to ensure all are in-country for when the program begins Sunday evening.
This also provides students with an extra day to acclimatize to time zones and prepare for company visits.
Due to travel time, this may require students to depart for their country destination as early as Thursday prior to ensure a Saturday arrival.
There is no hotel credit if you don’t arrive by Saturday hotel check-in.
Saturday check-out the following week is included in travel fee cost.
Students are required to complete program obligations and not book flights prior to Friday evening.
