Joint programs offer a unique opportunity to couple the business administration major with coursework from a second discipline, providing students with the specialty expertise that distinguishes 21st century leaders and professionals.

Accounting and Finance  (ACFN)

The Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance at USC is a joint degree offered by the Leventhal School of Accounting and the Marshall School of Business. This degree requires at least 128 units including USC’s General Education requirements and provides students with a comprehensive foundation in both accounting and finance, equipping them for finance-oriented careers. The program emphasizes real-world applications, including financial statement analysis, financial reporting standards, and valuation techniques.

A cumulative grade point average of C (2.0) is required for all courses taken at USC as well as all upper-division courses applied toward the major, regardless of the department in which the courses are taken.

Business of Cinematic Arts (BCA)

Jointly conferred by USC's School of Cinematic Arts and Marshall School of Business, this degree prepares students to become leaders in the entertainment industry.

The John H. Mitchell Business of Cinematic Arts Program (BCA) offers students a unique opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in conjunction with the School of Cinematic Arts. To obtain this joint degree, students will take interdisciplinary coursework from both the USC Marshall School of Business and the School of Cinematic Arts. Internship courses allow students to work directly with renowned companies and gain real-world experience. The BCA program provides students with specialized expertise that will distinguish them as competitive leaders and professionals in both the business and entertainment industries.

Business Administration and International Relations Program (BAIR)

The Business Administration and International Relations program consists of courses offered by both the Marshall School of Business and the School of International Relations.   This program is open to both entering freshmen and continuing students. Interested students should contact Marshall’s Office of Undergraduate Advising and Student Affairs.  This program is administered by the Marshall School of Business and students graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (International Relations emphasis).

Computer Science and Business Administration Program (CS/BA)

The combined Bachelor of Science degree program in Computer Science/Business Administration offered by the Viterbi School of Engineering provides qualified students the opportunity to gain an educational foundation in both areas. Students must meet the admission requirements for both the Computer Science department in the Viterbi School of Engineering and the Marshall School of Business. Real Estate Finance and Development (REFD)

The Bachelor of Science degree program in Real Estate Finance and Development leverages the resources of two world-class institutions into a challenging, coherent real estate curriculum targeting the most highly motivated students.

Combining the Marshall School of Business’s strengths in financial valuation and capital markets and the Sol Price School of Public Policy’s tradition of excellence in development and urban land use, this degree offers rigorous foundational courses taught by elite research faculty. In addition, it offers a number of experiential-learning classes, which emphasize real-world opportunities in securities trading, real estate development, and valuation.  Open to freshman through the Common Application.
