A proud first-generation college graduate and USC alumna, Claudia is passionate about student success and believes in the power of internships and career exploration to shape meaningful futures. Her background includes career advising, professional development programming, employer engagement, and curriculum design. At INROADS, Inc., she worked closely with Fortune 500 companies to build strategic talent pipelines, placing hundreds of students in internships that often led to full-time roles. Known for her approachable style and positive energy, Claudia thrives on building lasting relationships with students. She was honored with the 2024 “Golden Compass” award, a student-nominated recognition for her impact at the USC Marshall School of Business. Her top three CliftonStrengths—Positivity, Adaptability, and Communication—reflect the values she brings to every interaction. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, studying Japanese, and volunteering with her congregation.
