  • Consumer decision-making
    • How do emotions, cognitive biases, and social factors influence purchasing decisions? We use techniques like eye-tracking, surveys, and field experiments to understand consumer behavior.
  • Organizational psychology
    • What motivates employees and improves productivity and satisfaction? We study topics like incentives, leadership, company culture, and diversity.
  • Behavioral ethics
    • What causes unethical behavior in organizations and how can it be reduced? We examine cheating, conflicts of interest, and conduct lab studies to test interventions.
  • Judgment and decision-making
    • How can training and tools improve reasoning and decision making in complex business contexts? We develop new approaches grounded in the psychology of reasoning.
